From what I see from the posters,
Service 133 (towards Shenton Way) will be amended to ply Central Blvd and Shenton Way like Service 97/FFW 97e/Express 513. Return journey to Ang Mo Kio not affected.
Services 400 and 402 to stop at Central Blvd bus stop (Bef Marina Way) where they previously ply non-stop, then turn left to Marina Way and utilise the complete Marina Boulevard instead of plying Marina Stn Rd and Marina St towards Marina Gdns Dr/Marina Coastal Dr. As Marina Blvd is a complete one-directional road, one of the bus stops will be relocated to the complete Central Blvd, thus both services will ply Central Blvd after Marina Gdns Dr/Marina Coastal Dr, then to Marina St and Marina Stn Rd (opposite direction), before plying Central Blvd and Shenton Way like Service 97/FFW 97e/Express 513.
Express 502 will be amended to ply Central Blvd and Shenton Way as well in the same fashion as the services above. It will then ply Keppel Rd to join back its route along AYE. As such, Express 502A will terminate at Central Blvd (Downtown Stn).
Express 513 is not going to ply MCE for now...rather it remains the same route, just a minor modification of the road name is shown on the poster - ECP and Sheares Ave.
Press release out on SBS Transit website:

Looks like joyriding on service 30 is the most ideal route along the new MCE.
I think I rather understand what this amendment to Express 513 means...
The amended route is no longer plying Marina Place...rather it will continue on the straight Sheares Ave that links to the new Marina St if I'm not wrong.
I would see if someone can interpret this better - http://app.lta.gov.sg/data/apps/news/press/2013/20131113_MCERouteIN_ECP-RafflesPlc.pdf

Previously, route 513 (from Tampines) exited ECP at exit 17A (Marina Place). Now, route 513 (from Tampines) exits ECP at Sheares Avenue (which is similar to present-day Jurong West Avenue 2) but still plies the same route. Basically, I think the change to route 513 is only in the name of the road it travels on – it was previously ECP but now it is Sheares Avenue. The route stays the same.
Currently, Central Boulevard is connected to Sheares Avenue in only one direction – towards East Coast. To get to Central Boulevard from Sheares Avenue, one has to go west to Marina Street before going east to Central Boulevard.
In future, when the road network of Marina Bay area is completed, they will be connected in two directions. By then, route 513 (from Tampines) will be re-routed and would (most likely) go to Central Boulevard directly from Sheares Avenue – without going around Marina Bay MRT Station.
For now, the route stays the same. 513 (from Tampines) will be re-routed in future when the finalized Marina Bay road network is completed.
Was just tinking, 2dae MCE start, evthin smooth(i tink)
Wat about tom or when the actual work week starts?!
Will it be massive chaos?! How is rt.36/48 going to keep right on ECP when all traffic will be filtering to the left?!
LTA all super clever one, apart from bottleneck lanes that lead to more near miss accidents they also encourage heavy vehicles to travel on the first lane when they are restricted to 60kmh only
Was on 36 around 7.48 aft tanjongkatong south flyver bus move to 2nd lane n maintain the lane till rochor exit...
Cruncher will be nex week when ev1 return to work
NR1 and NR6 has officially diverted via Anson Rd, Robinson Rd & Marina Blvd before reinstating to original route.
502 Amendment is a very good move, only if SBST could make a little more effort to extend 502 to Shenton Way Ter and partial AMDEP,that would be great.

502 is not extended to Shenton Way and using its existing route so as to have a more direct return back to West side...
