[BSEP] New bus service 49 (Taman Jur - JW St 42) from 14 Dec

  Actually, is it possible to just go to the Taman Jurong Bus Terminal and ask the people in the container office for the number of buses deployed to bus route 49 and how many of each model is used? 

  If this is allowed, I think it would be very easy for us to find out exactly what's the bus fleet deployed to bus route 49.

  I'm not sure what you are on about, but BSEP routes are planned by LTA and operated by the operators, if there are any feedback regarding the routes, you should direct them to LTA, instead of self appropriating blame to the operators when you do not have the full picture of what is going on.

  More "Wright" than wrong on that statement: there seems to be an equal number of Citaros and Wrights.

  I think he is talking about Bsep SBST getting deckers vs all rigids for SMRT

  Cool, at least got ppl understand me. First day of service, sv 49 got DD, IRIS Updated for sv 49. Smrt you see the standard yourself... Even 904 also not reflected in the smrtconnect!

  Its one way coz they go by Corporation Dr n Yung Ho Rd but its non-stop. Go check the route.

  Does anyone know fleet of sv 49 today? I heard from a friend that it was mostly Wrights in operation today and maybe just 1 Citaro.

  Yesterday it was 6345S. So looks like one Citaro from sv 52 is now doing sv 49.

  Hu Ching Road is missing from the 2013 URA Draft Master Plan. The site where the roadside bus terminal is in now is meant for Education Institution.

  In future, bus route 49 is either going to be extended to Boon Lay Bus Interchange/Joo Koon Bus Interchange (and loop at Taman Jurong), or extended to Jurong East Bus Interchange/Joo Koon Bus Interchange (and loop at Jurong West Street 42 and 41).

  The bus interchange the bus route shares its buses with is likely the one (or the one which will have bus routes transferred to by June 2015) it would be extended to in future.
