I know, but users here said HGDEP is overcrowded, that's why 136 never go under HGDEP... Which is really the reason I put 136 as partial AMDEP and partial LYDEP control...

All LYDEP service 136 buses perform half (1/2) crossover trip on 3 towards Punggol during morning pre-peak hours.
Ridiculous spectulations and deployments. 136 LYDEP? What the heck???

43 can go partial CGBP, as well as 13... But 87 can go partial BNDEP...

Don't know if 3 needs DDs though...
43 87 & 136 Hgdep to both Interchanges very near no need dual depot.
Probably Loyang can help Brbp by taking major duties from 8 31 & take few 88 duties.59 also can take a few from Amdep..

As of today, it does not. The high loading area is well supplemented by 3A and 3B

Bidadari would be closest from BRBp, no!?

I know this reply was from early-Dec 2013, but I just came across this post. And I would like to point out that for Sv 53 (which you were replying to with this post), nopes you're mistaken, the first trip from CGA for Sv 53 is not the first bus from Bishan Int.
the 0548hrs first trip from CGA is done by a Sv 53 bus that starts its trip from CGA itself, ie it's literally a half-trip all the way from CGA to Bishan. That first bus usually reaches CGA around 0530hrs+ off-service and then layovers till its timing to start the 0548 trip from CGA T3.

1st 24 from AMK is the 3rd bus from CGA, but the 7th bus back at AMK.
1st 53 from BSH is the 5th bus from CGA, but the 14th bus back at BSH.
1st 53 from CGA is the 1st bus from Pasir Ris Dr 12 at 0520hrs.

Space can be created at HGDEP. 89 can be made partial LYDEP and then 136 can be partial controlled by HGDEP. This makes more sense than pushing 136 to LYDEP.

Back from the dead? :) good to see you back.
in future 53 can be partial controlled by LYDEP.

Yes it definitely could... Some service redeployments would have to be done. Move 60, 154 to BNDEP. Bidadari would have what - one feeder, one trunk? How many routes would you expect coz the area under development does not look huge. Also with LYDEP, some BRBP services like 88 can be partial controlled by LYDEP.

43 can go CGBP or BNDEP partial control. Much nearer than HGDEP.
Should 27 and 89 be dual depot control with BNDEP?
136 no, Punggol to AMDEP is very near around 15-20 mins journey. 136 and 86 shld stay as it is. 50 and 141 i dont think need dual depot GL1 and TPY to BRBP quite near. 50 Punggol and Bishan go AMDEP also near
Originally posted by carbikebus:Not necessary mah unless it is long distance.Hgdep to UEC also not that far either.153 can go single depot why 43 cant?136 should stay as it is.Punggol to Amdep is very near.3 39 59 probably make sense..50 141 IMO also no need dual depot.
But if you have to create space at HGDEP, then you will need to move a few services around. Else, HGDEP is already crowded to take in more services.

I think Sv 89 might go to Loyang? I noticed some Sv 89 downroutes early in the mornings at around 0620-0645hrs in the past months starting from PSR Dr 12 or even halfway down PSR Dr 1 towards Changi Cargo Ter, so maybe it's easier if those early downroutes are based in Loyang?
But if you count distance & travelling time wise, it's almost similar travelling time from Loyang depot to PSR Dr 12 to start the downroute versus from HGDEP to PSR Dr 12~
Anyway just some updates on Loyang Depot, the contractors have cleared the forestry & huge trees at the LYDEP site (which if you can look down from passing by Loyang Ave, is directly behind the Tua Pek Kong temple). It's now just barren land with the soil exposed.
It's not on the same ground level as Loyang Ave though, in fact it's much lower than Loyang Ave's, in case anyone is wondering.
Paving of grounds & installation of infrastructure should be carried out soon~
