  Maybe KJDEP will launch the new livery. But the redeployment may be temporary, after the launch they may return to AMDEP, if not AMDEP got no buses with the new livery.

  Today TIB554B was on 188AP06, not 188AP03... If TIB586J is indeed 188AP07, like you mentioned, that will explain why it always appears behind TIB554B... I suspect TIB547Y is 188AP05, as I have mentioned that it is always before TIB554B...
