  Christan can do me a favour since youre ST journalist?Can ask LTA why they dont want built a bigger bus depot for SMRT Ang Mo Kio depot?The depot itself a is too small to be called a depot yet taking a bunch of bus plus minibuses,Taxis etc while their own buses park at Yishun Interchange and worst of all some service park at Lorong 1 Geylang..Crazy right??I pity those Bus Captain queing at night for refuel,Bus wash and then spend another 35-45 mins off service all the way to Geylang...What cost savings are they mumbling about like this???Please spread..

  You need to ask the person who took the photos directly. Some of the photos posted over here are shared from the other sites, such as facebook. Those which I have shared came from Buses[IN]gapore!, you can contact him via his facebook page for permission: https://www.facebook.com/busesingapore

  Anyone got the breakdown of 30 new man buses as claimed by SMRT Facebook , which are put into route  190, 700 & 960 since Jan 12.? not sure if they smoke the public?

  Total only 25 buses with new livery (23 MAN, 1 Citaro, 1 OC)

  Let's break it down even more, SMB3067Z - SMB3069T, SMB3078S as well as the 2 Mercedes are repainted, while all others are registered new with the livery.

  So actually only 19 new MAN buses. But SMRT is not smoking the public, as there are just right 11 more MAN A22s due to be registered.

  U missed out 3017-3023, thats 7 more.. plus 3067-3069, 3078, thats 11 older MANs

  New MAN got 3100-3105, 1408-1420, thats 19 MAN.

  Plus 140 and 30, total 32 buses...

  But I think the 30 new buses refer to the 19 newly registered buses and the 11 that is left to register.

  Why has no one questioned the need for SMRT to spend money on a rebranding exercise when they claim that the costs are going up...and that they need to raise fares?
