You know, by naming these people, you just come across as bitchy?
Not much better are you?
And I am not sure why you pointed finger even to the group director for LTA/PT.
Or is it just for the heck of it?
You didnt even get all the names right.
I doubt its because you did that on purpose, since you got the top fellow's name right letter-for-letter.
So it must be because you aren't in close touch with them.
So that begs the question....what is your problem as well?
Please know that this space is watched by others, so unless you want to lim kopi, I suggest you dont add oil to the situation.

Hey... you are scolding the wrong person... see who is spreading crap stuff here... sbst275 has become like smb388s - only talks about 179A and his points don't even make sense.
Let's re-route this topic to SBST/SMRT financials and stop the flame war and arguing over 179A.
Really?
I can't really care less who I am "scolding" (a rather quaint term used freely in SG as I learnt).
All I did was to comment on the farce of the issue, and point out that care is needed in commenting on it.
And I dont buy into bitching, especially if it drags others into the picture.
First, "clues" were given into who TS had links to.
And then suddenly, out of the blue, names appeared in place.
What does the accuser seek in playing such games?
Did those named did wrongs in any way?
Food for thought, eh?

If you haven't realised, this is also a very tired topic and I am not inclined to keep repeating comments, nor read similar ones anymore.
Get back to Topic

perhaps u nid to start finding the source bef u actually post here
the names are all over his fb which is publicly available to any and every one, just fyi
even excerpts of email conversations are there as well
100% all from him. wad i did? just read off his postings? anything wrong with that? im not the one that put up all the info and convo on a publicly viewable profile
maybe u nid to look there instead
it doesnt take an idiot to read and find out everything tt he has been talking with them. with no effort to privatise, whose fault is it really?
Well, 2 wrongs dont make a right.
You dont make a bad situation even worse by spilling even more beans out.
His faults doesnt give you the right to do something not correct.
Again, what is your agenda in putting these things up on sgforums here for us to see?
Do you think we really care?
Are you trying to prove your lack of love for TS?
Or are you trying to get noticed by the authority?

I’ll repeat this.. Dun stalk and attack on people… Dun want to reply dun bother typing
1) If the MRT breaks down at Joo Koon, leaving with EWL trains turning around at Boon Lay… May I know what’s the contingency plan? How are passengers going to be quickly dispersed out of the congested Pioneer Stn bus stop?
Say people anti SMRT this and that, then when MRT breakdown… Maybe the next thing go and ask why no shuttle bus, how come not enough bus to clear the crowd…
negotiable can suggest something? Since you think I’m talking with no logic?
2) The incident where the BC took no heed to wait for the alighting pax… The BC still has the right to scold passengers for not alighting quickly.
Made matters worst, all the buses were operated as 179… Many of the buses fly stop at 27231 and 27251 except for alighting.
Do people know how SLBP timekeeper used to make people squeeze on 179A during AM peak ops? Squeeze until the exit door of LO3x has problem closing! People even had problems alighting as there was people with no choice standing on the staircase leading to the upper deck.
3) S241 BC flouting traffic rule, S179 BC stopping at 27211’s zig zag line whenever S179A is not operated, buses alighting pax at Pioneer Stn by parking along the road beside the S179 buses inside the bus stop bay… All these are condoned?
4) S179A is not profitable. Chickenlittle2 is eating his own words. Many of the overoperated S179 are not even taking in pax into NTU with 10% loading factor. Why I’m saying 10% is because of the losses…
The S179 bus is incurring runtime into NTU and yet it only collects some $0.80 – $2… Can this cover the additional time incurred in relation to manpower cost?
Chickenlittle2 is better off working in the NTUC Fairprice. Because hearsay is that NTUC realised by running 24 hrs it’s not able to cover the additional cost [additional revenue cannot cover the cost incurred to run 24 hrs]... Since chickenlittle2 know how to defend, I think NTUC or Sheng Siong would like him, with knowing how to come with pattern to increase revenue at all cost..
5) Overops issue and anti SMRT… Obviously negotiable is condoning illegal bus ops just for the purpose to say I’m anti SMRT…
If the bus get into accident, how to report the bus duty code? and made worst, many of these buses the BC does not even have the way bill with them onboard!
and say I anti SMRT for not letting them to earn the revenue? I think negotiable is now attacking LTA then since it was their stipulated arrangement…
Furthermore, I didn’t know negotiable is ok if his own bus sv he takes is underoperated just because ops staff say loading not high enough…
Want to attack, better know what the matter is all about…
anyway.. if the matter goes to the media, see what happens… like S190 case… buses not properly operated..
Want to flame on people, dun end up eating your own words just to find it fun to attack on people…
Rename 179A to 179 as full fledged service and operate full day. Truncate 179 to Pioneer MRT and rename as 179A peak hour SWT. Problem solved for you.

179e?
i decided to check out 179A yesterday evening... 179A loading is not as good as 179. i can see why they reduced the number of 179A, people are simply not taking it. empty buses back to BNL.

Thanks bro for highlighting this. You are the 4th user over here who is sharing the same perspective. 179A loading is not as high as it is made out to be bcoz anyone taking MRT will take 179 to Pioneer unless needs to transfer to another bus in Boon Lay.
Even those who have to go to within Jurong East will transfer on Pioneer North to 185/192/193/243G/W as it will be faster to reach their destination than going all the way to Boon Lay Int and then transfering to one of these services.
179A just provides additional capacity to 179. I would be extremely irritated if 179A came at a higher frequency than 179 coz to Pioneer I can only take 179. For Boon Lay, I have two options 179/179A. So good job SBST in scheduling more buses on 179, where the highest load is.
7million loses for company with 1250 buses which didnt even buy single high capacity buses vs 900k loses for company with 3500 odd buses which buy few hundreds of high capacity buses and single deckers? How do they manage bus division leh?next year buy 200 high capacity then report 20m lose is it?
