  I think after he take a picture of 1105H, he take some buses down that sv30 plies, and then when SBS 3203H comes, he decided to take and take a photo of the nice view while on ECP.

  Actually TIB1105H's photo was taken after SBS3203M's. I put it last because it's not a photo of a bus but the scenery.
