You can think of revising your topic as "New & Temporary Bus Interchanges & Terminals" that can cover discussion on all these changes related to land infrastructure.
Okay, ^tamago^, pls update it. [Thanks]
New interchange should be bigger than current ones
Let's see how lorh. Btw folks, just bear with the title first before tamago changes it. Follow BusAnalayzer's title.
feel so sad about the plans for the new Yishun int, too small already
the work on the temporary Yishun int is yet to be started
Well, goodbye to the only underground bus int in Singapore (no counting CGA)
Actually can just convert it to A/C, no need build new int
It's ok, we need a thread on this anyway. Cheers.
Time to say bye bye to WRI, unoffcially known as the "linkway of noisiness" (to make fun of the "linkway of excellence" sign at WRI) by me (and my friends).

there isn't any pics there since years ago ...
Speaking of underground, I wonder if part of the reason is becoz of TSL?

Anyway, TSL stn will be at the grass patch Opp. Blk 891 coffeeshop/busstop...
I wonder how LTA or GOV going to do that? on top of the interchange just added in some new shopping area by SMRT and the whole interchange bulid with the MRT station and shopping center mean it is a whole buliding by itself.
May be convert it to air-con interchange will be better than wasting tax payer money.
To TS: Source please? I can't find the relative news.
i also dun think there is any confirmation that WDL interchange will be demolished??
Let's discuss lorh

I started on 4th, replacing Bus Fan acc.
Yes, I post on other forums as well. Mrng Im not here. :D
There is no news that the current WDL interchange will be demolished. there is plan for a temperory interchange though.... i think it is most likely that some parts of the current interchange will be affected by the building of the new TSL woodlands station due to the digging and linkage and therefore they have to close the current interchange during the building process....
Hmmm..... Maybe need to squeeze the affected svcs queue berth to other queue berth too.

I was right.
According to map the TSL line hit the Int north of the underground WDL Stn.
It may be torn down I think, and the place may be sealed for good, though unlikely. If that is so the temp int may be located north of the int, at the many open spaces at Woodlands Sq/North Woodlands Way. If it is not torn down, then the Int should subsequently be converted into A/C int, but can be hard given its complex terrain properties...
Yesterday or 2 days ago, saw a bunch of office staffs at WRI bus-park pointing here and there and the Exit to Wlands Ave 3, etc... Seems like some contractors are looking and planning for the temp int...
