this thread is for services which need more buses/lesser buses/bus deployment(whether to add non-WAB buses)
The first svc that I want to say is 950
it need some OCs and non-WAB buses in it since WAB commuters couldn't enter JB via Buses.
OC- Good for loading, better than MAN.
Take some MANs out for svcs which needed buses eg. 190.
2nd svc: RWS8
If I'm not wrong SMRT actually hv non-WAB buses operating it. Need 2-3more non-WAB operating while having abt 46% of WAB.

This is clearly called route suggestions. Not only for making new routes.

For 950 part, 950 fleet already WAB. So no need OC le. If use WAB + non-WAB, what if peak hour all non-WAB? Wheelchair commuters can't access JB...
Same for RWS8, also got people who wan enjoy at Sentosa who are wheelchair commuters... so prefer all WAB. Not all Wheelchair commuters can wait, some are grumpy... SMRT has money.. They can take MANs out of 190 but some bendies in it. Also they are bringing in BSEP MAN A22s every mth or so.

what you talking? I see MANs on 963R and RWS8 before and they are still safe and sound

What 868X said. Don't confuse last time incident de hair rammed into a area. OCs and MANs are the same height. SMRT talks all about things before deploying.
Ok, because I only saw Citaros and OC on RWS. So I've been waiting for a MAN on RWS8. So having a few non-WAB SP buses in the fleet is good so the WAB buses can go serve other svcs
