Wenya is exclusively for BBT/CCK/BNL and upcoming tengah town and if they keen to keep KJDEP then it will control BPJ and some of CCK svc.Woodlands depot & bus park will control Yishun,Sembawang and of course Woodlands.Amdep meanwhile will control CBD/BTM/HBF and eastern svc.167 will definately be minor control with only Amdep control Split or TQ duties,176 might be KJDEP and minor Split duties AMDEP and 851major WLDEP while split duties to AMDEP..No point Amdep control Yishun cause of the depot capacity.
I have serious doubt that 180 should be from Wenya Depot (WEDEP) cos it is from Boon Lay yet.
Which area will be developed first?
Simpang or Tengah? Tengah nothing is marked yet, for Simpang you at least have the future roads marked out with Admiralty East road going all the way to Simpang.
Also, along Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Ave 1 (on both west and east of Yis Ave 2), there is a lot of space with roads marked. Same for Sembawang - wonder if these areas will also be developed to cater to the increasing population.

(OFF-TOPIC) When Simpang town is developed, they will be at least one MRT station and Simpang LRT, due to its size. Is the LRT connecting to Yishun? Anyway, a bus interchange is in the plan, with what I suspect will have services connecting to Sembawang, Yishun, Woodlands, Bukit Batok/Panjang, Choa Chu Kang and the city. Sorry for going off-topic.
Anyway, I suspect that 530, 868 and 982E will go under WEDEP, with 184 going under both WEDEP and WLBP control.

184 should be full WEDEP. I dont think there is a need for 2 depot control for 184 since it is a loop service and the last bus still go back to BPJ

I thought so too, LOL! Anyway, 176 and 177 can also become full WEDEP like 184.

176 depends, It can be partial WEDEP and AMDEP.

Partial control: 171,178,187,852,966,969,965,858,851?,855?,853,857,980,167?,
WEDEP-All Boon Lay,BPJ,BBT,CCK service
partial control: 172,178,187,190,970,985,77,106,61,67,75,106,700,700A,852,176,
AMDEP- Partial control of 61,67,75,77,106,169,171,190,965,969,980,985,700,700A,970,857,858,854,966,853,
850E go to AMDEP.
My predictions.
??* denotes questionable depot control
If 851 853 855 goes under WLDEP control, They also must consider last bus issues from each side, eg if both last buses are WLDEP-bound or split, meaning WLDEP and AMDEP takes different side meaning if last car to BM is AM block, last to YI is WLD block, it makes sense. Note that 854's case the first few duties call off at YI.
961 formerly the last car from both sides are AM block, only on sunday the 6th bus goes to GL1 is from WL. Now it seems like both might be WL block though. I remember in the days where goes under split controls they keep pulling the WLD slot back early.
For 854 it makes sense because the last 2(4 5 or 6) cars belong to WLDEP (if they pull duty 5 back)

I guess AMDEP is for Bukit Merah, right?

Yeah for 2 of the 3 SMRT service. 176 is KJ/WL for now

I dont understand why 961 last bus is from WLDEP (443M) and once (608E) instead of the AMDEP MANs like last time. 969 on certain days the last bus to Tamp is from WLDEP. 963,966,960,187,178 cant say much coz all are sole WLDEP control and they reach WLDEP by 2am.

961 clearly has last bus issues, put it this way, if they split equally means both are AM blocks and it is going to be troublesome because the route to GYDEP is different in terms of timing.
so if 443M departs WRI at 2330 it would look this way:
2330 Woodlands Reg Int
2458 Geylang Lorong 1 Terminal
2458 Geylang Lorong 1 Terminial
2549 Overnight parking at WLD Bus
Usually 178 buses reach WLDEP/WLBP by 2515 so not much.
But 961's case it is a real headache because the last bus to WL back to AM then OVN at GYDEP takes up alot of time.
Imagine the AM 961 driver finishes his shift at 2455, goes back to AMDEP at 2520 then brings the bus back to GYDEP for OVN and finishes at 2550 it's really tiring no joke.

I have never seen timesheet goes to 2600hours. Latest is 2546 hours, 858 last bus to CGA and back to Woodlands. That means 2600 hours bus starts will be the last to start for duty then

AMDEP to GYDEP what route they used? I only know CTE is a confirm way

WLDEP-CTE-AMDEP approx 25 minutes
Over at AMDEP don't forget if they clash with other buses with the washing bay + topping up of the ad-blue tank (citaro/OC) and refuelling could take sometime, so could take about 15 minutes or so.
AMDEP-CTE-Balestier then from there to GYDEP could take up to 20 to 25 minutes

Oh sorry I thought of balestier first oh well :(
Would AMDEP-Jln Toa Payoh- Bendemeer-Jalan Besar and the 853 way work?

I believe its nearer and dont need to ply Jalan Besar, Just follow 853 route and go straight where 175 plies
[OT] Tender for WRI tempo interchange is up...[from LTA, spotted by someone]
I believe when the major redeployment took place and Wldep takes over Yishun then theres no need for Geylang overnight parking.Beside the Terminal will be demolish and reinstated in less than a year from now

Convert to A/C if they like

I believe wenya to Bukit merah using AYE is much more or less the same like AMDEP to Bukit merah..Geography BT Merah/Harbourfront/Sentosa should be under Wenya cause is near to west side beside can redeploy BCs stays in Henderson/Bt merah/Telok Blangah/Commonwealth to drive 167/188/176/851/855/963 & RWS8.Wenya is definitely bigger than Woodlands depot and I feel it got no problem handle Bt Batok/Boon Lay/Choa chu kang/Bt panjang/Bt Merah/Harbourfront svc.I would prefer if they partial 167/178/187/851/855/963 with Wldep.Cbd side AMDEP should take control, svc like 75/106/171/190/857/960/970 partial with both Wydep and Wldep while eastern side should fall under them too.
From Google Maps:
The new roads for WEDEP are Jurong West St 22 (located along Jurong West Ave 2) and Wenya Ave. 975 can go under WEDEP, with the last buses which end at Lim Chu Kang Ter using Lim Chu Kang Road, Jalan Bahar and Jurong West Ave 2 to WEDEP.
