just now at 2145hrs, spotted 3 DDs, 1 MAN parked beside one another
then, got 1 OC & 2 merc 0405s parked beside one another at a corner
the bulim depot can be seen from expressway near a left bend before jalan bahar exit twrds PIE(Tuas)
it's indeed true that that section of bulim depot has completed (abt 20 parking lot i think)

About 30-40 lots completed to be exact,maybe next month around 80 buses can park there.BBT svc should park there first beside CCK svc

Ferry service for Bulim depot. With 3-4 bus captains inside smb1429b

The only proposed route extension that I know of is the one done (at page 88 of http://ttsgroup.com.sg/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Wenya-TIA-Report-May-2012.pdf) when the traffic was assessed on Wenya (Bulim) Industrial Park:
- Boon Lay Bus Interchange
- Jurong West Central 3
- Jurong West Street 64
- Jurong West Street 75
- Jurong West Avenue 5
- Jurong West Avenue 3

- Jurong West Street 23
- Jurong West Avenue 2
- Bulim Avenue
- Bulim Drive
- Jalan Bahar

- Boon Lay Bus Interchange
- It would make 181 loop at Jurong West Avenue 3/Street 22/Street 23/Avenue 2, Bulim Avenue/Drive and Jalan Bahar.
- 181 would skip the two bus stops opposite blk 273 and blk 276 at Jurong West Avenue 3.
I do not understand why they do not want Jurong West Avenue 3 to intersect with Bulim Avenue, and Jurong West Street 25 to intersect with Bulim Drive. Otherwise, 181 can just go straight from Jurong West Avenue 3 to Bulim Avenue and return from Bulim Drive, via Jurong West Street 25.
Well, if 181 is extended to Bulim Depot next year, will it go into Bulim Depot, or will it just loop at the roundabout at Bulim Drive? Because I do not think Bulim Drive will be extended to Jalan Bahar soon.
Anyway, the assessment done in year 2012 also indicated that the Wenya/Bulim bus depot could be a temporary facility. The site it is on now is actually meant for an integrated dormitory and for the Clean Tech industry.
I guess Wenya/Bulim depot will be replaced with a train-cum-bus depot at the site between PIE Hong Kah Flyover and the junction of Jurong West Avenue 2 and Bulim Avenue, by year 2025 when Jurong Region Line opens.

According to the press release about bus routes to be tendered out under Bulim depot, 49 will be controlled by Bulim, but terminate at Jurong East Int.

most probably heading twrds BB int as i saw the bus along bukit batok west ave 3
front windscreen showed "Bulim Depot".

If you see the press release, they club 49 under JE services, but next to 49 they add Taman Jurong terminal... so again, it is not confirmed there is any plan to extend/modify route to Jurong East Interchange.

indeed some service already park at Bulim today...Ferry svc to BBT and CCK..More svc from these two Int will follow suit.I forsee BPJ will be fully controlled by Kjdep leaving Wldep room for parking space later

CLE trunks still remain with BBDEP? Anyway, CLE to Bulim further away than CLE to BBT. 51, 105 still SLBP? Better for BNL go under Bulim since it is so close. When LYBP opens I hope 67, 854 & 969 can go over there. Ditto for 2, 3, 29, 88 & 109.

Yes makes sense for Boon Lay, Joo Koon and BBT to be under Bulim.

spotted the bus again at 1700hrs, entering the restricted area of bulim ave
i went for a jog & i cant go in lol
even the pavement they block & state no access to public haha
from bulim drive, got no left turn sign too

Spotted 172S108 timesheet and realised that 172 buses will go back to KJDEP during split break. only at night they will go to Bulim..

Spotted it at 0900hrs...bus was empty.. and yes. Its Ferry Svc from Bulim Depot to Bukit Batok Int...

Saw 177 buses also enter there...What bout BBT feeders?Still park at BBT?
