  Three of the buses he rode on were on their respective perm services that day.

  There is no rule that you must put in the starting point and destination, in between which you travelled that bus on. I also did that in the past.

  I think he meant another bus. He probably rode TIB1124C, then an unknown refurbished Habit (might be TIB1140E [suspected], since I did not see it for 2 weeks). He may need to show his ride details more clearly. Hope this helps you!
