Service 50 from YCK Road will ply along Sengkang West Road and continue on Sengkang West Ave.
Service 163 from YCK Road will ply along Sengkang West Road and continue on Fernvale Lane and Sengkang West Ave.
Services 86 and 103 from YCK Road will ply along Sengkang West Road, Ave and continue on along Jln Kayu.

Will there be any bus stops on SWR towards TPE? As of now, I don't think 86 or 103 will enter TPE through SWR but will do SWR --> Jalan Kayu --> TPE.
If there is more development along SWR, we can expect one of these two services to get diverted to ply the whole stretch of SWR.

85 and 86 use logic also know wont go by SWR. What about the Jln Kayu load? And the Seletar Camp G bus stop serves as a useful stopover interchange too. So yds.

It seems like the growth of SKG West has made 86 current routing via TPE a little bit absurd. Back in 1999, then route 866 was extended to SKG from Jln Kayu and plied express on TPE. Fernvale was vacant land at that time. Now it is totally unrecognisable.

Not really. 86 routing is totally reasonable to me now. If it plies Fernvale it's just gonna be too long a svc alr. Don't forget it still loops around the whole of Rivervale. Moreover svc 163 and now svc 50 has been doing quite a good job in bringing the Fernvale residents to the central areas.

So how should 86 be routed? YCK Road --> Sengkang West Road --> Sengkang West Ave --> Sengkang East Ave --> Rivervale Dr --> Compassalve --> Sengkang Int ?
Why would you want to change a successful route? When 163 is there in parallel from Sengkang Int along Sengkang East/West Ave to YCK Road, you still want 86 also to ply the same way?
What about all those who take 86 at Seletar? This stop is one of the high loading points for 86. You will see almost 20-25 pax board / alight on this stop. Then also the stretch of Jalan Kayu, lot of pax board the bus. It is also faster for people to reach Punggol Road / Rivervale than go via 163 route.

He was being sarcastic in my way of reading it...
And even if so, I would like to correct one thing on the Seletar sector. It is NOT one of the heavy loadings. Heavy spot loading comes from YCK Stn to Sengkang, both sides at Rivervale mall and both interchanges themselves. Seletar stop only acts as a transfer point for ppl to take svc 103, 858 etc. I have took 86 numerous times and yes the loading there isn't as heavy as you have seemed.
Anyway this is just a minor issue and yes, I am more than satisfied than 86's routing now, as I have said before.

Literally the entire route duplicates 85, 163 and the LRT. Wastage of resources and space. Don't see the demand, may end up as the next svc 120.
