The answer is somewhat simple - with a 'H' ending and the only OC with 'H' ending to be laid up before.

AMDEP SP = TIB550L - Correct!
KJDEP 190 = TIB551J and TIB553D - Both wrong! TIB551J got Batch 2/3 ducts with black vents on the side! (Clue: Both buses have green seats, and one is KJDEP, while the other has been transfered to WLDEP. Also, the rego numbers of these two buses have a difference of 2)
WLBP 858 = TIB545C - Correct!
5 more buses for Question 4!
OT: I guess my Question 4 is very difficult (and the most difficult question I've ever made)...
