"A new landmark mixed development, with mixed commercial and residential use as well as a bus interchange, will be a focal point for residents in Tampines North."
Seems like Tampines will have another interchange, wonder which services will ply from there. Or perhaps some services from Tampines Int will be moved to Tampines North Int since Tampines Int is quite full already.
Looks like Tampines North goes first for development, then will be Punggol Matilda and Bidadari. Tengah and Simpang might be even later.
I foresee new feeder services connecting Tampines North HDB hubs to Tampines East and Tampines MRT.
There might also be 1 city direct route to the city. Premium AM/PM service to Anson road.
SBST/LTA will either have to divert 2-3 routes to start from Tampines North to cater to the housing hubs here with Bedok/Simei/Sengkang areas. This will also help relieving the congestion at current Tampines Int.
sv 8 should definitely start from Tampines North. This will also make sv 18 more useful in future.
Any chance Service 72 will move over? Also, service 10?
high chance some svcs on Tampines int. will be going over .
22 maybe
seriously, it is just a plan.... nothing have been built and yet there are ppl who speculate that what service will go there? there is also going to be a new interchange at the bidadari estate.. so wanna speculate what bus services will stop there?
relax........... still so long............. speculate premium service, feeder service, rerouted service....

Unlikely. More possibly the trunks will do that job.

There are already existing services that are doing the job well.
Oh yeah, and don't count your chickens before they are hatched. Coz for now we don't even know where is the precise location.
