BIS pictures is Creative Commons~ no need ask~And BIS love share his pictures everyday on every Facebook group so he hope share everywhere and every bus fan visit and like his page~ so share here no problem~

Im sure sbst will monitor the condition of their buses,rattling and vibrate can come from diff sources,Engine tuning,Fuel pumps and although the KUBs is 5 cylinders but the engine got cylinder balancers itself

I would say that it would depend on how the crowd (load) moves inside the bus... But, it will be interesting now to see SBS's low floor buses do 170 and 160. I think that passengers might not move up to the high floor area to stand, due to the steps up. This would mean that it is under-utilised (in terms of standing places) and the problems about moving in come into the picture... Oh well, let's see if SBS makes a good or bad choice for using their Scania K230UBs on JB cross-border services...

It's always been a mystery for me why DDs or Articulated buses can't go into Johore Bahru, perhaps because of the vehicle standards in Malaysia or the overhead bridges being lower than what we have (mostly 4.5m). If it could, we would have seen some VO3x, MANdies (or whatever they call it) and maybe some Wrights now. Since Citaros replaced B10Ms, I don't see why not use that too...

Dun forget that 98% of crossborder svc is Malaysians and where theres jam they like to use alternate routes that even SDs had a hard time go through.My mum in law is a Johorean and i travel to JB once a week at least
