   860 needed a bus add. It would be nice if 860 had got 3 bendies, and 4 SDs. But since it is BSEP it wont. So will 904 only get the MANs, foresee no bendies on this service.

  It's actually somewhat reasonable. Peak should be from 6-9mins. After 7:05am, Adm Sec/Riverside Pri ppl won't be taking it already. it can easily take up 10mins or more to reach there[rough estimation], might as well take 964. Plus during school hours, the demand I think it would be quite low.

  It will be high in demand 6-7am (school+work hours), afternoon 12.30pm to 3pm (school). The usual PM peak 5-8pm. After that less demand.

  It wasn't a joke.....

  There used to be 905 and 906 a very long time ago.

  They constitute part of today's 912 and 913.

  As was the case of 900, 901, 902, 904. They formed the 91x services together with 905, 906.

  Gosh.

  I used to live in Woodlands that long ago.

  New Bus Service 904 From 18 August 2013

  12 August 2013 – A new bus service – Service 904 – will be launched on Sunday, 18 August 2013. The new service will provide better connectivity for commuters travelling between the Woodlands Regional Centre to Woodlands Drive 73 and Woodlands Crescent. This is the 13th bus service rolled out under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

  The new loop service will ply along Woodlands Avenue 7, Avenue 6, Drive 62, Drive 73, and Woodlands Crescent before returning to Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange. It will enhance connectivity to key transport nodes such as Woodlands and Admiralty MRT stations, and Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange where commuters can transfer to other bus services or rail lines to reach their destinations. Service 904 will also enhance local links by providing connections to key amenities such as the Woodlands Galaxy Community Centre and Admiralty wet market, and also serve schools such as Riverside Primary School, Admiralty Secondary School and Greenwood Primary School.

  Vice President for SMRT Buses Ltd, Tan Kian Heong said: “We are pleased to roll out Service 904 which presents an additional travel option for Woodlands residents. This addition to our existing fleet will bring us closer towards enhancing commuters’ travelling experience.”

  Bus Service 904 will operate daily from 5.30am to 1.00am.

  Passengers may contact SMRT Customer Relations Centre at 1800-336-8900 from 7.30am to 6.30pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) or visit www.smrt.com.sg for more information on Service 904.

  Seriously either they can't get the dividers so soon yet(or even unaware of the demand like), or no budget or just a temporary bus berth.

  And the bus stops as of just now, 6pm, wasn't even updated with the svc number yet.
