I meant, no perm dds required but if 119 dds perm 113 then it will be ideal. That's what i meant. The DDs can sooth the peak hour load greatly. 107 and 153 dds can crossover to 113A or 113 for 1 trip.
Please evaluate the use of implementing on dds on 119?
Peak hour no people take.. only few pax
Sch students maybe.. but will not get the whole bus full. Maybe once in a blue moon nowadays.. ppl prefer to take 136 instead. Whats the use of extending 119 to punggol anyways? still deploy 2 perm dds
119 does not need DDs and we have discussed this multiple times. We also said that it was for political reasons that 119 capacity was beefed up. Hardly peak hour bus capacity crosses 50-60 pax.

Also SBST wasn't the one to deploy the WEGs, it was LTA maybe with anticipation that most people from the new HDBs along Punggol Field will take sv 119 to Sengkang MRT instead walk to Punggol.

113 might get a BSEP Citaro add thanks to your persistent efforts

Depends where you see... Quite a bit of loading on Upper Serangoon Road (Bef HG Ave 7) stop towards Rivervale. I have calculated around 50-55 pax on board between this stop and Punggol Road before it turns to Rivervale.

Better than nothing..
But still prefer crossover dds to do 1-2 trips.
Citaros cant take much of the huge load anyways unless 2 buses come together

If there is a 136 in front, people will take 136.
Hardly see 50 pax. Maybe if a 136 has not called at the bus stop?
Mostly 20-30 pax only
it takes 2-3 stops on 136 to reach rivervale dr but 5-6 stops on 119 to reach rivervale dr.
In the past when 119 calls at SK int, there seems to be 20 people queuing. but now calls at PGL hardly got ppl queue

You should also ask LTA why they have put DDs on 119 Just merge 119 and 113. No loss to any passenger.

Partially Agree. But quite a bit of loading at CHIJ bus stop where student take 113 to hougang ave 10,6 and 8 and 119 to rivervale dr leh. Loses link.
