  Of course they won't....especially when these matters have been explained in reasonable detail in the LTA Masterplan.

  And before going to them and asking how these problems can be alleviated, you should have done some thinking on your own.

  It won't take long for you to figure that precisely there is precious few solution to this, that nobody would entertain you!

  Very easy. Every time a bus got delay and the central controller ask over the bus intercom why the bus is delayed, the driver always same answer: Many many people boarding, many many traffic. No solution.
