  Hmm... i think  a bit hard to check perm stix if im not wrong now HGDEP usually dun put perm stix on some of their svcs buses like sv 116  112 (citaros buses) and   the 3 perm 109 DDs also dun hv perm stix until today , by observation only .

  AFAIK this 3139R high chance replacing  SD TO DD slot ! i think 1978 should be the 1 out of 109 never see it on this svc for quite some time liao now this bus always cameo on other svc like 107 159

  If I remember correctly this 1978Z was a fleet downgrade for 109 (replace 8622D) a few months back.
