My opinions:61 should just skip Ubi areas,Wasting of time travel there with less pax only.The main catch is Circuit Rd towards Geylang Bahru and so on.
77:Should be looping at Suntec City,Waste of time for just resting an average of 6-8 mins there.Might as well slot in more rest time at Bt Batok.
106:Should introduce 106E from Bt Batok to Suntec skipping some stops.
167:Routes to Sbw int is too winding,Might as well introduce a feeder
171:Can cut short from Yishun to Bt Panjang or CCK.In future DTL 1/2 ready less pax would take from Bt Timah towards town.
172 & 180 should be looping at Boon Lay to ease parking problems there.Cant imagine if these two Svc terminate at Joo Koon later.
178:Bt Batok to Boon Lay better and the real catchment is mostly here.
700:Full time looping at Suntec
853:Terminate at Eunos better follow 21 routes after Lor 1.
857:Should be terminate at MCT.
859:Should be looping at Yishun,Same case as 77,Only a few min rest at Yishun.

852 and 857 to be extended to Sembawang via Yishun Ave 2 and Canberra Link.

I think with Lor 1 closing down 11,141 & 175 sure tio Sims Place..To Eunos quite okay cause from Eunos can go Geylang without having to cross to Changi Rd mah
853 terminate at Eunos.

857 extend to SW via bayfront ave or 700 pass by bayfront ave.
I feel sv 43 should be extended to Bedok North Depot to use DDs well between Marine Parade and Tanah Merah. The morning and evening peak loading is very high. If you stand at Tanah Merah between 18.00 and 20.00 hours, each bus of sv 48 has around 40-50 pax boarding and the bus is completely packed.
The same is in morning peak from UEC Road and Bedok South Ave 3 towards Tanah Merah. Heavy loading.
The DDs on 43 will help relieve this load. For the missing link on sv 43 between Marine Parade and UEC Terminal, 48 can be diverted back to end at UEC Terminal.
I think sv 93 should be diverted to Clementi Interchange via West Coast Highway (sv 176 route) via Pandan Crescent, West Coast Road, AYE, Clementi Ave 6, Commonwealth Ave to Clementi Int.
Ever since CCL opened the loading on sv 93 has dropped between Harbourfront and Farrer Road. Also, there is sv 61, 100 in parallel till Commonwealth Ave junction.
This way sv 93 can be better utilized and provide new connectivity between West Coast Highway to Farrer road, and West Coast Highway, West Coast road to AYE, Clementi Ave 6 and MRT.
Also, this svc will provide good connectivity for people between Pandan Crescent and Clementi MRT, as today there is no bus connecting this area, and the walk to 176 to Jurong is quite a bit (also walk again to Jurong MRT is quite a bit).

I agree with you on svc 48's loading@Tanah Merah, but the most practical solution is to add short tips to svc 48 rather than amending svc 43/sv 48.
Apart from that I still do think that another bus is required to provide better connectivity to/from Bedok South Ave 3. I did suggest SBST/LTA to amend (extend) 229 and they replied to me about 'more distance=more cost'...

I'd rather 76 extended to BNDEP and 43 loop @ Marine Tce. 48 can return to UEC.

I think DTL2 will kill off BPS1. Also, 171 may be merged with 180 as there is MRT to city from BPJ. Route 67 will serve as anchor up to NEW.
82 & 107 can be merged into a new service 102 (PGL-SWT/Suntec).
857 can be extended to SWT via MBS, if not possible then NBR.

With regard to EUN, i think 9 & 35 should start their journey from there. Amendment to these routes should be made through BSEP.
As for 11, I forsee a possible merger with 62.

Svc 9 & 35 (peak hour) loading from 1st-4th bustop are massive, At times, for svc 35, at its 2nd stop (Bef BN Ave 3) it is already 90-95% full. Imagine starting from Eunos.
For svc 11 merging with svc 62, that is more of a possibility.
