  LTA should has draw 24 hr full day bus lane and those give way to bus turning yellow box at important junction where bus service turning at road toward woodland check point. may station LTA offical monitor and catch cars or lorries.

  AFAIK the jam started ytd 5pm... This morning's jam only subsidsed to Woodlands Ave 3 area at 12pm+... 160, 170, 170X, 178 continued to use Woodlands Ave 3 & Woodlands Centre Rd until abt 2pm...

  nowadays like PIE is often heavily jammed even during offpeak. its time to build bus lanes on expressways also. And emergency vehicles and police can use it too.

  Thur's jam super tok kong.. 2am the lorry still cannot clear Woodlands CIQ... Fri's jam lasted till 2pm... Even Kranji was peaceful after 3pm... But afaik, 170 got pretty good biz for full routing today... Guess CW2, CW5, SJE all messed up by the jam...
