That's why I say that things are going out of control here and there. You see the new users come and nothing happened, but only in one day the tables turned and we all know who the new users are. You see, everyone is targetting the same person and it only increase the forum posts for their so-called plan to chase all the clones out. I assure you, it definitely won't work. I can't really seem to be terrified by all these matters here, because the new users are targetting the same people as the previous clone are. 249, 252 should get Citaro add this time around. Just adjust runtime to increase frequency by deploying Citaro 3-4 mins after VO3x. Just like it is done for 168, where it just collects extra passengers who have missed the earlier B9TL by plying at just 2-3 mins from the earlier bus.

svc 11 is a fast way to get to Kallang, Aljunied than using CCL to Paya Lebar and then changing. But the frequency of 11 is so bad, that there are hardly any passengers who want to wait for the bus for 20-25 mins.
svc 11 should get Citaro add to improve frequency to 12-15 mins. It will definitely get more passengers. If 275 can get an addition after having 131 plying exactly the same route, I encourage BSEP to ply 2 buses on 11.

I think its reserved for the 30 A24s based on the tender since there are exactly 32 slots available. The last 2 slot perhaps reserved for more bendy demos.
