On SGWiki, buses with SP stix should be marked with SP while those with simply no deployment should be marked with the depot but no service.
e.g. SBS8613E (with SP stix before deployment)
HGDEP SP
e.g. SBS8622D (without SP stix before deployment)
HGDEP

Having no deployment wouldn't make it a spare? Unless the bus got into an accident and is still under repair then it should be listed without deployment. Also the BSEP buses without deployments should be listed as spare also, since they act as spare for the BSEP services and occasionally other services.

You have a point there.
