TIB779U doesn't appear on Weekends, because it is split and doesn't do TQ anymore... User TIB 585L said that it is not missing, so it's on a new split shift... SMB1391A is the replacement on its slot.

Hello weekends bro, wake up ur mind. It doesnt make u an expert of 169 just cause u take 169 on weekends. Like user 9631X said, Weekends does not determine whether a bus is perm or not and fyi 1391A appeared on both weekdays and weekends that i can agree it is perm.

I feel it should go directly to st 61 and loop back via Ave 5 and ave 6 to AMK MRT rather than going to YCK Road and then Ave 4 and coming back.
Residents of ave 5 do not have an alternative other than 138 in the morning to MRT. and those who choose to take 269 have to go via food market, yck road, ave 5 and 4 and 3 to interchange... route should be modified.

stupid route for sv269? did u see the demand?
residents of ave 5? which bus stops? only 4 bus stops along ave 5 have sv138..
1st bus stop at blk604 got 138/265/269
2nd bus stop at blk 617 got 138/269
3rd bus stop at blk 643 got 138/269 but those going to MRT station at this stop, can easily walk to ave 4 to take 76/268... not much ppl waiting at this bus stop for 138 to mrt..
4th bus stop at blk 649... ppl staying around this area will rather go to bus stop along ave 6 and take bus to YCK mrt instead.. who say that there isnt alternative bus available? just that they are at some other nearby bus stops only....
and btw, during AM peak, there are 2 crossover buses from sv135 doing downroute of sv138 from 1st bus stop of ave 5, making the frequency to be 9-10 mins instead...and buses are alway having 10-20 paxs max only during the am peak

Aren't feeders meant to have winding routes? If this route is stupid, are 262, 372 and 811 and other feeders/Intratowns also stupid?
The route is very popular PM peak to get to ave 5 and st 61. Dd worthy loading as well. Am peak do go and observe, route is empty until YCK road, when load starts picking up on the other part of ave 5 and then ave 4 to MRT.
This clearly shows that residents of ave5 would have preferred if Sv 269 would call in both directions and go directly to AMK via ave 6. I am not stating that modify the route and hence haven't posted in "route suggestions". Just was an observation on how the loading is different am and PM, and caters to different sets of people.

Ideally should not... Feeders should be meant to provide quickest access to MRT.
