I feel that 88 will get BSEP additions in this round. In Feb wave, it was only speculation that 88 got 2 Citaros. I don't think BSEP buses were spotted on 88.
I am sure this time around there will be 1 or 2 Wright addition to 88. Really need it.
SBS6360Y confirmed training Service 88's route.

Ok. Thanks. I still think there could be 1 more BSEP addition to svc 88. I have observed the loadings multiple times last week, and bus after bus the loading has been super high at AMK Ave 5 (so you can imagine what it can be at AMK Ave 3).
On another occassion, I took bus from Bishan st 22 and it was fairly empty. At AMK MRT, it got full (85 pax boarded). At AMK Ave 10, many pax alighted, but again at ITE, Seagate so many pax entered that bus was again 90 pax and steadily decreased to 50 pax at Punggol Road.

It was said that another wright was training for the route too.
so also can let this " temporally perm 88 DDs" ( 3186 3226 3227 7585) back to their perm svcs !
Why does 88 still not have route timings uploaded? It is such a popular route. How has WAB status or not got anything to do with publishing the time schedules for the service?

Uh, my views on your guesses:
I don't think Sv 23 would get any BSEP bus anytime soon? Most of the time if you observe how SBST decides which svcs get BSEP adds, they usually dump onto services with existing WABs. I mean like if you look at Sv 8 before 3316X went in, yeah it didn't have any WAB DDs then but it did have KUBs from both sides. Sv 23 is one of the rare ones that don't have any WABs yet. Unless they're intending to do a mass-swap of VO3xs for Wrights soon, Sv 23 unlikely bah?
Sv 38 & 39 I think very likely though. Although I think Sv 39 would probably get a fleet add of a KUB rather than a BSEP Citaro. The Citaro just can't take the load during Peak for Sv 39, that's why they added 8328D & then 8205A instead of using Citaros for Sv 39.
Sv 21 I would hope if any BSEP Wright comes, it's under BN control though. Most of the S shift slots under BN 21 are in opp directions to the 3318R alr perm for AM 21.
Sv 358 should get soon. The stated min freq on the SBST website for Sv 358, they almost always don't meet that min freq though because the KUBs would get stuck somewhere on both loops. Typical Peak freq for Sv 358 is usually 10mins or more though from what I observed. I mean if Sv 354 can get despite the lack of demand beyond Downtown East, and Sv 359 alr got 6305H, Sv 358 definitely the next in line?
Sv 2 I would hope they use a BSEP Wright. Deploying a BSEP Citaro is not helping much though.

Predicting so many BSEP additions in this round??? 143 is doing pretty well with current fleet. 45, 57 just got BSEP additions - enough for current loading. 132, 165 do not need BSEP additions. IMO
I think BSEP addition for SBST services should be given to
2, 8, 21, 23, 39, 59, 69, 74, 81, 85, 88, 159, 161, 175, 186 (morning peak), 197, 222, 268, 502

For BSEP WAB or non-WAB shouldn't really be the criteria. For instance 192 did get BSEP Wright addition though it has otherwise a non-WAB fleet and crossovers from 194.

You sure 132, 165 dont need additions? West area in the morning peak is so fucking pack even 1 of the days 2 DDs come and replace 958M still got ppl cannot board. Plus 3.30pm those students from pierce sec school/mayflower get on board the bus not packed?

Sure! That's why you have a good number of DDs plying on these services already. Are you sure you know the loading on 132, 165? There have been forumers here who also insist that so many DDs are not needed on these services anymore.

I was just stating the trend for the deployment for BSEP buses in the East District services, which really tends to be mostly on the services alr with existing WABs. I didn't comment on anything from the West District if you noticed? haha.

Add bus but should add Citaro~

The loading on 132 towards Bukit Merah and 165 towards Clementi during the morning peak hours is a bit crowded and evening peak hours towards Hougang Central also is a bit crowded the crowded point is at the Ang Mo Kio station but when in the afternoon both services are not crowded at all.In fact,I saw a 132 DD bus and 165 DD bus on the upper deck, there were about less than 10 people on both the upper deck and the single deck.
The high loading for 132 is between
Bukit Merah / Redhill MRT (Alt: 145, 145A)
Upper Thomson Road / AMK MRT (Alt: 165, 166)
AMK MRT / Hougang Ave 2 (Alt: 25, 74, 165)
The high loading for 165 is between
Upper Thomson Road / AMK MRT (Alt: 165, 166)
AMK MRT / Hougang Ave 2 (Alt: 25, 74, 132)
-- Your observation would mostly depend on which bus comes first. If 166 comes first on Upper Thomson Road, most likely 132, 165 will be empty till AMK MRT.
Also, there is a good number of DDs on all these services
166 (21/25), 165 (11/21), 132 (13/16).
Since already capacity is quite high on this sector, I think the capacity addition should be on other services. But ofcourse, if capacity is added, it does not hurt anyone. Just like 43 got so many DDs with its erratic loading.
More or less confirm for amdep/brbp
Sv13 76 88 90 155

I suppose Citaro for 13, 90, 155 and Wrights for 76, 88 (2)
161 seriously need some fleet addon. Pity the driver whom enter and leave the interchange within 10mins for the next trip(during afternoon), unlike 168.

True enough. Now RP school holiday can chill a bit, if RP start school and during exam period. 161/168 queue can be parallel with 950 and the other WRI feeders
