List of Downroutes

  Intend to collect all the downroutes in this forum. SWTs can be distinguished easily as they are advertised with different numbers such as 70B, 72A, 139A. Same is not with downroutes. 

  So in case you know downroutes in your area for SBST / SMRT, please list them here.

  For instance:

  • 74 has downroutes during evening peak from AMK MRT to Hougang Interchange.
  • 43 has downroute from NEX to Punggol Interchange during evening peak, normally done by 3105M

  187: Downroute WLDEP to Bt panjang (not sure which area and schedule)

  960: Downroute from WLDEP to Bt Panjang to WDL interchange (not sure which schedule)

  Sv 9 - Tampines Ave 7 --> Bedok Int  am peak. seen around 650am.

  Sv 28 Tampines St 45/Tampines Ave 9 --> Tampines Mrt during morning peak.

             Bedok Mrt --> Toa Payoh Int. Before start of PM peak.

  Sv 80-  Aljunied Mrt - Sengkang Int, PM peak.

  Sv 53: Downroute from PIE, start 1st trip at Loyang Ave 0655+hrs towards Bishan. 

  Sv 53's downroute is abit interesting, because unlike Sv 9, 31 etc, the BC driving this bus has absolutely no place to stop after he comes down from PIE before starting his downroute trip. So if he arrives at Loyang Ave 5mins earlier than his downroute, that's it, his entire trip is early by 5mins or more. If he's late, then the reverse happens. That's why I say his trip is at 0655hrs+, because the timing for that downroute can fluctuate +/- 10mins depending on how fast he exits from PIE. HAHA. This downroute is actually damn difficult to catch, but easy to spot, cause it's the bus towards Bishan with only students & no Airport workers.

  I got saw 857 downroute from Yio Chu Kang Road (right after SMRT AMDEP) towards Suntec City direction.

  171 Bt Panjang to Marina Centre think done by 2 Wldep duties

  985 From Bukit Batok to CCK during weekday AM peak done by Kjdep duties

  downroute from bet blk 523/525 bus-stop around 5.20am plus

  334
  downroute from blk 551 bus-stop (i.e the looping point) around 5.20, 5.27, 5.34 ,5.41am on weekdays

  Interesting. I would have expected 854 to do downroute from YCK (Seletar Hills stop) to Bedok. Why from HG Ave 2 when there is 25, 55 to cover the route. It falls into SBST territory and 25 should do downroutes there, if any. Just my thoughts. Am I going to get flamed for saying "SBST territory"? ;)

  It's because last time I drive 854 I would have to make a u turn from ave 2 towards bedok after my down route 1st trip

  I remember 178 got downroutes last time (1 -2 times) and bendy do the downroute.

  There's two downroutes ah? I never spotted the 0530 one before, cause I can't wake up that early. OOPS. But there's one at 0655 though, same bus uh?

  There are few downroutes starting from 0530 at that bus stop Check the timetable will know.

  loyang to Bishan: 0530 0540 0550 0624 0638 0656
  Tampines Rd (near Defu) to Bishan: 0535 0544
  Hougang Ave 1 to Bishan: 0629 0907 (latter one did 53A earlier)
  pasir Ris Dr 12 to airport: 0520
  Tampines Rd HVP to airport: 0520 0535
  Serangoon Ctrl to airport: 0535 2046

  sv10: Aft 0630hrs 2 double deck buses start service from Mounbatten Rd(Mountbatten Sq) twds Tampines, both will start as sv10e
  
  sv10: bus start trip from Esplanade Dr twds Tampines 0830hrs after 10e trip
  
  sv14: 2 buses start service from East Coast Rd after Still Rd South, direct from ARBP,
  2nd bus does 544(2nd bus)
  
  sv190: Evening after 1815hrs twds CCK os YMCA, after 9pm repeats till end of service

  sv196: 0835hrs return trip for 196A start service at Fullerton bus stop twds Bedok
