72B is not express. just that the bus is full so it looked like its express.

You have 31A from Tampines Int to ITE campus which is already only 4-5 stops, and then I believe the same bus does downroute from Tanah Merah to Tampines to cater to ITE students (I THINK).

Yeah. We are talking here to reduce congestion at WRI, and then now people want to add bendies to 161, 168 and 72, when YCK terminal cannot even accommodate bendies. -

For most of these services, there is just 1 SD that makes it short of full fleet DD. The route has high loading, so why deploy that 1 or 2 SDs? Advertisements can't be a justification as many of the SDs on these services don't even have ads. There is something more to it.
sv25 have SDs due to the route it serves has other svcs to cover for the "drop" in capacity if sv25 SD arrives, ie 55,854
sv99 partial route covered by sv198, further more SBST thinks more people wld travel by train from JE West st to Cle
sv241 short distance trip, no need full DD fleet
sv72 is the one where full DD fleet is required -

Withdraw 25? Have you seen the load for this service at AMK itself? The alternate could be to make 159M full day service with DDs that loops at AMK interchange.

Most times it has +100 pax on AMK Ave 3, high loading from HG Ave 2/3 to Eunos Link. The only part where pax is low is between Eunos to Bedok. Whenever a SD comes, it is packed to brim. ]

It goes through Jurong Ave 4/5, st 91/92, Boon Lay Place, Corporation Drive and is the only route connecting different parts of Jurong areas. It is like an intra-town. Again, most pax take it from Synergy / IBP to Clementi. It has high loading for full route. Hence, full DDs required. ]
sv241 short distance trip, no need full DD fleet[ Each route of s241 is totally packed. But yes, it is okay if a few SDs are deployed, because it is a short route. ]
sv72 is the one where full DD fleet is required [Apart from 72B, where SDs should be used, for 72A and 72 only DDs should be used]

extend 506 back to changi airport. And bring back service 140 as express service from friday to sunday and eve of public holiday and public hoilday full day from Toa Payoh to orchard road like the olden years. I cannot trust MRT system, it too crowded.
of cos AMK can has 128 as 168 number already taken. Also 59 reduce waiting from 10 min to 5min during peak hours. or extend service 8 to bishan.
Also has full day bus lane on the singapore roads. It a must if LTA want people to give up driving cars.

No la... TPY interchange already crowded.... No space for bendy, and no loading between AMK and TPY... Just do 159M from Sengkang Int looping at AMK Int with stop at Jubilee (not inside interchange).
Frequency of 159M - 15 mins, Frequency of 159 - 15 mins. So in AMK - Sengkang region, bus every 07-08 mins. 159M full fleet DDs.

LTA and Minister of Transport had banned all MRT rationalisations (and bus-to-MRT rationalisations) quickly. All bus rationalisations are expected to be only long-distance service. -

BKM got only 4-5 bendy lots at the back of the bus park, just enough for 176/851 bendies...
