Capacity increase with DDs:
svc 08 (21 DDs, 7 SDs) +2
svc 21 (16 DDs, 11 SDs) +2
svc 88 (24 DDs, 2 SDs) +1
svc 242 (2 DDs, 4 SDs) +1
svc 268 (introducing 2 DDs on the route)
812 need at least 1 more SD split.
How you know 268 will get dds?

Predicting or wishing that 268 gets DDs. Seen the loading. Ooh lala

242 only had 1 DD.
163 should reduce 1 DD in exchange for 1 SD.

Lol. Yes. I am saying that 1 DD should be added, replacing a SD, making it 2DDs and 4 SDs :)

5 DDs for 163 is just nice, considering peak hour load. Non peak hours I'm time with full fleet sds actually. It's time to withdraw 163M too.
I guess 119 should revert back to full fleet sds. The Wright's on 119 are damn waste of resources.
That's the reason why I say need to 1-1 xchange with SD.The svc only full seated during peak while all the while there's not even standees on SDs after that. The excess 1 DD can go SP or svc 80 mah
119 might take another year or two to justify DDs.

163 have DDs only because it is the only service connecting Fernvale and YCK Road. The loading can go to 70-80 pax for few evening peak hour slots. Now with svc 50 coming, 163M should defo be withdrawn.

119 defo doesn't need DDs, especially now with svc 50 taking some load off from Compasspoint to Compassalve. The 2 DDs on 119 can be moved to svc 80 / 87 / 88 / 161 / 168. Those services do not need SDs and should be full fleet DDs.

Guess u havent seen 163 packed to the brim during 8.00 - 8.30am, the frequencies are 5-7 minutes, the DDs are packed, the SDs are packed too.
Yeah, anyway does 80 still have great demand? seems to have dropped in demand alr.

Sorry - may I ask on which sector did you see the loading of s80 to have dropped?

ya thats why im saying it needs DDs for this cause SD cannot cope during these times. HGDEP is quite easy on their DDs for their services I realised compared to other bus services.
Well it's just a general observation and guess, no specific areas. Considering 80 has replaced 2 DDs with 2 SDs in the past few months shows theres a drop in demand right? 9673A was one of the DDs that left 80 for an SD.Originally posted by BusAnalayzer:

I still see s80 packed between Bugis and Hougang. s80 has had 6SDs ever since I remember in its fleet. I don't think there has been an addition or reduction in DDs or SDs on this service. The part of the route where it does not have high loading is Bugis to Harbourfront where SD can easily take the load.

222, 268, 269, 272, 354, 359 still need upgrading to meet 10 mins BSEP QoS.. 275 for the 15 mins QoS…
That’s for feeder…
Sv 11, 40, 42, 57, 84, 115, 156, 191, 194, 402, 403, 927 still need to meet the BSEP req..
Of these services, 222 needs more DDs and 268 needs DDs to be introduced at least on trial basis.
As per your comment, next set of service improvements is 34, 45, 52, 103, 105, 179/179A/241. This means none of the services you have listed above are getting improvements even though they do not meet QoS.
Also, no SMRT service in next set of BSEP improvements?

I'm not sure either.
