Everyone knows that 98B was re-routed to ply between Jurong West Ave 1 and Jurong Pier Way.

hmmm... the bus stop after jurong canal drive. good idea... but more or less like service 98, just that it ends at jurong pier way
that means morning peak got 98, 98B & 187 for ppl to get to lakeside MRT... the crowd is very high along this sector
Article in newspaper stating how LTA and SBST did a great job with ferrying students to ITE on Monday. Pictures show a separate queue for 72B that is fully packed - loading worth a DD.
Also, the introduction of s50, s159B was appreciated. ITE on the other hand has slotted its class start timings to 8am, 8.30am, 9am and 10am to make sure they manage the crowd well.
I personally saw s50 completely packed at Jubilee. I am sure it must have got empty at ITE.

New express bus service for Yishun residents
SINGAPORE: Residents of Yishun will find it easier to commute between their estates and the central business district with a new express bus service.
From 18 February, Service 850E will operate during the morning and evening peak hours on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
In the morning,
there'll be two one-way trips at 7:30am and 7:45am from Yishun Avenue
11, Yishun Avenue 6 and Yishun Ring Road to areas such as Bras Basah
Road, Collyer Quay and Shenton Way.
In the evening, two one-way
trips will start at 6:15pm and 6:30pm for commuters in areas such as
Anson Road, Esplanade Drive and Orchard Road.
For commuters, this means fewer bus stops and a faster route along the Seletar Expressway and the Central Expressway.
