  SBS6148U [ HGDEP 325 ] has some sort of chassis problem 
  Whenever the bus accelerates, a ''gas-releasing'' sound that is heard from CDGEs can be heard too, bus just louder. At a higher RPM, chassis grinding sounds can be heard.

  I don't know, so I don't dare to assume it is that. But the chassis sound can be heard clearly when it drives at a faster speed. You can try taking it on 325. It really sounds different from the other companions from 123 like SBS6149S...

  IIRC one of the KJ 985 OCs has that problem. Loud gas leaking sound can be heard every half a minute.. Another KJ 970 OC (SMB90A) has the same problem as well some time back when I saw it, don't know if it has been fixed or not (unlikely I think given that nothing has been done to the KJ 985 OC since WAB-ed).
