They didn't even state out in the article which means that they have none.
This article is merely for saving face purpose. The only good practices are for their own agenda, which is giving out fat profits to shareholders. Nothing else.
What do you expect from some one who read from a prepared speech and who have never travelled on the public transport ?
Good Practises:
- Off the air con in train during off peak hour.
- Dirty and filthy seat cover.
- Import labour from other less developed countries and let them drive even though they dunno any English.
- The boss can go on leave when the lower level of labour refused to work and when the boss is back, the middle management take the rap for not planning better.
- Giving fat bonus to its boss so that they can refrain them from job hopping.
- Have a close-knitted relationship with its directors.
- Rank will be awarded soon.
