  Nope according to SMRT tender documents it shall be deregistered at the original deregistiration data which is next year and sent for scrap.

  naah dont think so, they have 3 empty bendy slot since 3 burnt down... most likely the bus is in a very bad condition that they wont bother refurbishing it

  They are keen to reduce no of bendy.838H might deregistered earlier for the A24 to come.With the new bus park it's still fully park on once they decide to stop ONP at CCK & SBW.

  ONP at interchanges won't be removed for sure to maximise the amount of parking space they have... I suspect the WLDEP extension will only accomodate 12m SD rigids only... So that will probably free up at least 200 lots... and O405s will start their dereg from this July... 

  And also i think SMRT will buy more bendies in batches... Maybe they will start buying DDs around mid-year too...

  Few points. The new bus park beside WLDEP is very likely going to be a single storey one, able to support double decker buses and most probably bendy buses as well. and IMHO, ONP should continue for feeders, intratowns and 950. interchanges were never meant to have buses park there overnight. at most park feeder and intratowns there, dont rub salt into wound by parking trunks there (except 950, WRI nearer to CIQ than WLDEP although not by much)

  multi-storey complexes cost more and its only a supporting facility, not a full fledged bus garage.
