we need a more efficient transportation vehicles..... (below)

I thought most buses routes don't go thru CTE, KJE tunnels ?
Over head bridges can be extended higher.....
Make the environment to alter to the changes....

bus that can float in the air and sea, can drive on normal road and stop normal bus stop, can carry 300 people. Skip all the traffic jams and all the traffic lights, faster than MRT and cars. by the way not air planes.
