To add on to my point, the guys at CGA can then close down PTB 3, 1 and 2, and convert them to parking lots or something to that effect. That way they'll advert any parking congestion regardless of the occasion.
Sengkang Int needs brighter lights, as well - that's what I feel. And maybe an air-conditioned YCK Terminal? Think the latter is wishful thinking though.

Shenton Way Terminal also needs some improvements IMHO.
Can't help much since the services need to ply Terminals 1 to 3 also. Unless there are plans not to do so or to move the bus terminals out of these 3 terminals.

Ghim Moh can close shop and Buona vista need an iinterchange
bukit merah need interchange closer to mrt

I agree. The route is weird.
If Kovan ever has an interchange - 325 should originate from there and loop at st 91. Kovan -- HG Ave 2 and continue the route. Withdraw 113 to originate at Kovan as well. 113 will loop at st 11 or can be extended to loop at Serangoon central to provide one more service to Serangoon MRT for HG ave 1 and Lor Ah Soo residents.
Even right now 325 should just take svc 72 route to avenue 4 rather than plying upper serangoon road and hg ave 2. Waste of fuel and resources acc to me.

Buona Vista needs an interchange close to MRT between CCL and EWL. Ghim Moh can be closed as you said and 111, 100 can initiate there. 92 can be extended to Clementi Int via Ullu Pandan road and should loop at Science Park, initiating at Clementi Int.

Bukit Merah Int close to MRT??? Which MRT??? I think Bukit Merah is fine.
Rummi Tunggi Terminal should be re-initiated and services 123, 139, 63 can start from there.

Agreed. The buses do not need to go to each terminal. And then they wait for 10 mins at Terminal 2 basement with passengers on board. Very weird.

May be it made sense in 2004. Def does not make sense now. People want direct service to MRT and have other options to connect from HG Ave 2 to HG Ave 9.

Yes, i hope that terminal 4 has a proper terminal above ground level for 36 to park. 36 and 27 will be good candidate to have dds if terminal 4 is above ground.

but they have to enter t1,2 and 3
T4 is merely a budget expansion with no aerobridges but still other leisure or small airlines are not restrict to operate from there.

pax who took 25/55/62/854 can switch to 325 at Ave 2 twds Ave 8/st51/buangkok green.
Ave 8/st51/buangkok green residents have a bus to yck rd/hougang 1/hougang pri/sec schs & then a bus back home.
Ave 9/buangkok green residents have a bus to hougang green.
hougang residents have a bus to Ave 10 - to change to 80/87/89 and ave 2 - to change to 25/55/62/854.
very useful service this 325 now. however, 101 gets more residents due to covered link from NEL station & shorter route due to not plying Ave 10.

101, 112 and 113 take care of most of the ones outlined above. Would prefer 325 to be direct to st 51 than do hg ave 2 round about. Waste of time and more money.

If 63 is extended to Bukit Merah, no need for trunk service, 63 can do the job itself.
If Kranji gets an interchange, will take off some load from Woodlands Interchange.
Marine Parade should have an interchange near Parkway Parade. No MRT line and heavy loading on all buses here. svc 966 and svc 15 can rest here instead of looping.
After Lor 1 terminal closes down, some services can be extended to Eunos, some to Marine Parade and 1 service to Sims Place Terminal.
