You can't possibly rely on those Sg/My Drivers to OT each day to cover up for the slot. LTA can fine them, and yes it can make a company bankrupt~ But I don't even think LTA would does that~ 1 reason simple, who will take over SMRT company?
all those who wants prc fts to leave, clean yr ass n report to smrt tmr. swee bo?

a lot of split shift drivers and those drivers who were on leave/not rostered for duty/standby ran the slots for a maximum of 12 hours. free OT for them lor

come on My exchange rate is 2x, ren ming fart is x6.
sg versus usd is now only 1.20x average

gues not only they english cannot, maths also fail
Pay is not supposed to be divulged in the first place.
problme is the root cause is these PRCshit are greddy people. a chance to cum here work they earn better than back in their country already. thos estronger ones can survive in their country. thsoe that cum out are either weak, or damn greedyo ones.
its all stated in their contract. they not happy they can don;t sign. the problem is greed led them to use comparison 'unequalit' as the dried twig to start a fire.

OH PLEASE TELL THAT TO MY COMPANY.
Times are bad when even foreign workers are complaining about the salary.
It will be interesting to see how the management diffuse the problem.
On the one hand, the government does not want to see a "strike" in Singapore for fear of losing the investors' confidence and the government will apply the pressure on SMRT.
On the other hand, the management cannot afford to sack all these drivers and the management cannot give in to their demand.
So, how to resolve the problem ?
It could be that the chairman will reprimand the management in a public statement by saying that the management has not been sensitive to the feeling of these drivers and SMRT will give them the same pay rise as the Malaysian workers based on equality and fairness and at the same time the chairman will warn these drivers that it is illegal to strike in Singapore without approval from MOM with at least two week notice in advance and this episode will be taken as an exception and any further strike will be dealt severely according to the laws

the why not raise all salariues so that the PRCs is on par with our local drivers?
there must be uneuqlity here, and explains the rason why PRCshit even existed in our no more virginland. remember then what diffence does it make to locals who serve the army our nationa bear the pinkICs to those PRCshit who probably let heir employment passes in their domitory
So there are a few things to note:
The SMRT employers are trying to be slave owners, and this is what happened when they go too far.
These Chinese workers think they are still living in a commie paradise, where any group of workers can gang up on their employers with demands.
Government companies have been hiring foreing trash because they can be paid less. Well, this is what you get! Pay peanuts some more la.

can take option B.
cut the snake head firts, then slowly the reminder body to tail in phases. time enough to effect a containment action.

You sure they can't afford? There's a billion more of them anyway, just waiting for a chance to leave their hellhole to a slightly better hellhole.

Yes, they can get new drivers from China or other countries to replace them but not immediately.
It take time to train the new drivers too.
