It wasn't feasible to use re-registered regos that has been used once before and de-registered a few years ago. So I still think due to constraints they will still use 7000-series.

Depends, but remember the Fargo Kew KS600? It was introduced into SBST in 1972 and they used the 5XXX series, the exact same rego as the current Batch 2 Euro V KUBs. Meaning to say they did actually reused the rego for the 5XXX series 17 years later, which I agree is out of no choice since SBST is only limited to 9999 regos maximum. On the other hand, I am just thinking that once the 3XXX series has started, SBST will keep on using all the way, and I do think that still remains a possibility.
