There you may search and saw that 106 become AMDEP/KJDEP control again in 2008 when it was still as Bukit Batok to Marina Centre route.

106 came in AMDEP in 2008 1Q at that time where 171 has 6 buses going over to WLD and 61 to WLD along with 173 and 852.

Even buses exclusive to AMDEP cameoed on 106 before it was extended to Shenton Way like TIB1012S in February 2010 as you mentioned.

please take note that you need a permit to snap at the interchange as the new cisco guards are very strict

Depends on which guard, the female one(From the way I observed) isn't serious in her job also. But nevertheless, no snapping at interchange/train station, unless you wanna have some "joke" with the police officers(those at stations one, dk what it called )
