i dunno if it's rare to see a bus entering a car park like this....
this was due to an accident. the TP have to direct the traffic to turn left into the carpark to let the tow truck tow the vehicle away. this carpark have 3 exits inclusive of this one. The other 2 being exiting out to joo chiat place and tembeling road. What alternate route could have this bus taken??
