For TIB911D, I can't remember if the side mirrors and revenue equipments are removed, but the front engine cover is removed.
The other three buses are not facing the front, so I can't take a clear view. TIB925P's SMRT logos are blackened. For TIB919H, the logos are not blackened, while TIB927J still have its ad on, but for the latter two the doors are left opened like the other laid-up Lances.

TIB919H doesn't seems to be awaiting layup yet. Nothing has been removed yet, eds showing RWS8. Still on revenue service I think.
TIB927J is confirmed more or less to be awaiting layup status. Engine cover removed and side mirrors found missing.

TIB911D already laid up.
Perhaps the driver requested for a lance. Once all the lances are gone the driver would most probably switch to drive 0405 instead.
