PA buses lifespans are dependent on the COE... they might last for 20 years, makes no sense to scrap them in the midst of the 10 year COE lifespan... unless they give major headaches lor

probably due to maintenance issues. maybe its not so easy for them to get spare parts and not economically viable since they are operating a relatively small fleet.
for O405 case they have nearly 700 of them (incl. bendies) which is probably easier to maintain (see their condition after 15-17 years), and probably easier to get spare parts since they have a relatively close relationship with C&C

Exactly. Alr got 8xx O405 getting refurb and lifespan extension still got ppl can say meet WAB deadline.

citaro crap la, see aircon not working, very hot. then engine very noisy. flooring uneven, can make people fall liao. citaro also can catch fire easily. citaro dangerous.

When I took SBS6055D on 3 Dec 2012 on service 53, I set at the back and my leg got burnt quite badly by the engine.
Had to see doctor.
Total medical fee was SGD 382, you want to pay me?
