Post what you prefer here.
I prefer the OC500LE, it's one of my favourite buses!
OC
Mercedes-Benz OC500LE
I'm already thinking that this kind of ''comparism'' thread will be superbly welcomed by SMB228X who, once again creates another flamewar.
There is a same kind of topic in 2008..

Mercedes-Benz OC500LE, both personally and technically.
OCs lah!
though ...
I would prefer OCs though the standard of maintenance seems to be lacking compared to SBST's KUBs. A few months ago I took SMB3C on svc 67 and I can even feel(and hear) the suspension hitting/knocking onto the wheel hub like some SBST's Mark 3s.

For all the talk about which one is a better chassis and what-not, there's one major fail in the OC.
There's no bus-stopping button at the front part of the bus!
I had to tell the BC while he was driving that I wanted to get off instead.
I dunno how you guys can ignore this kind of flaw...
At least the KUB has got those buttons where I need them to be.
To be honest I prefer the OC over K230 but too bad SMRT doesn't maintain it properly.Unless it's K270UB it's a different story.Theres a significant differences between the 230 & 270.To make matter worse the they regulate it to 60kmh which make it howl during top speed..OC is great but again the maintenance is bad thanks to SMRT

there's a small lightbulb at the driver's dashboard that will light up when the bus stopping bell is pressed
Batch 2 OCs are better than batch 1..

You like a bus because of buttons?

You actually replied that clown...
Anyway, too bad for you, man.
Good buses under the wrong company.
talking abt howling, I think B9TL can match up with B10TL..

B9TL is more when moving off... but B10TL on highway at 60km/h is really a vacuum cleaner. Was on my motor and stucked in TPE jam when 9823J on 168 chiong infront to cut queue via filter lane at around 50-60km/h, was like "wow did a vacuum truck just went past?"
