doubt so. this is an SMRT-managed/oprerated bus interchange, so i expect more bendy lots than the previous ones. this is SMRT's first new interchange also i think

Are you sure? have you taken a look at the layover area??? SMRT dun build the int.. it's LTA that's building it... -

Ya.. Even the new Khatib Stn bus stop for 811 & 860 is retarded... only meant for 12m buses to use... -

Adik,First of all SMRT would not buy two high capacity models for its fleet.Secondly LTA indirectly put pressure to them by not wanting they buy bendies in future.Look LTA purposely built newer bus interchanges which only suited 12 m buses.BPJ fate also suffer,Sooner Yishun/BBT.LTA dont ban bendies but indirectly they dun want longer buses in future cause of the road infrastructure itself and too make matter worse our population is getting more n more every months.The reply is very simple to SMRT."Since if you decide to use bendies to be more different from SBST so be it,LTA will built more bus int/ter that suit 12m buses more only.This kinda thing we've heard a zillion times during meeting previously.
Now dun blast me for telling the facts whats going on..I'm not a bendy hater but i understand the whole system that LTA will do.

what about services that needs high capacity buses but cannot due to height restrictions along the route? they can't deploy more 12m rigids since its so difficult to get people to become SLs these days...
blame the govt too for not controlling the influx of aliens into our tiny island.
no one is cooperating. and as usual expect SMRT to be stubborn

Then you spam with more SDs. If not enough SD, then just fine SMRT 20 cents. So simple.I love the frequency of 27 and 53....althoug it would be nice if the buses have more seats.
You cant have the perfect cai png in one plate.

I emphasized before,Height restriction can be solved.Hillview now vehicle above 4.3m can pass by..Trees?Whats NEA for?In Singapore if the Govt think something can give more revenue,They can transform anytime.Who would think Marina Bay as is it now?Last time rumours the sea cannot reclaim lor bla bla bla,Now Casino also have.Problem is not about SL/BC its about the off days and pay wise.

I have to leak some info here,While meeting with LTA/SMRT last time one officer from LTA ask some question to SMRT personnel on why they insist on using bendies over DD and what the answer he get?To be different from SBST,What a joke he crack..
