New Temporary Bus Terminal for Bukit Panjang. Its at Senja Way/Woodlands Road junction. Looks so small..
When is Temporary Interchange coming up for Yishun? I read that the existing one is soon going to get demolished.

Yeah, Block 923 at Yishun Avenue 2 is one of those blocks demolished.
The bus stop name in front of that block before it is demolished should have been changed by now.

Basically it's just the old blocks around the bus interchange which are built in the 1980s are demolished. The bus interchange will be soon.
Just have to wait for the temporary interchange to be build.
I think maybe after all MRT lines builded some of the buses by the two companies will be scraped or sell to another countries. that will be another ten year to come.

Right. I believe the land where the demolished blocks stand were acquired for construction of either the temporary bus interchange or the new air-conditioned bus interchange (maybe with Northpoint).

You think the future lines are able cater the demands in the future?
I don't think so.
The population is going to increase further and so the need for buses as well because the rail lines aren't able to cope one day.
The govt spend millions on improving bus infrastructures for the next few decades. They will make sure that their money is well spend and fully utilised till their required lifespan.

I suppose Northpoint will still remain based on the promotional picture of the banner with the MP outside Yishun Park.
Hope some bus route make use of Senja Road and Bt Panjang Ring road to terminate there!

Oh ok, just thinking as though there is something like a Northpoint Extension.
Actually Yew Tee area there should built a Terminal. Can introduced 4-5 new services to Town/Bt Batok/Jurong or to the East.190 can terminate there also.
Saw 2 bendies and 1 MAN testing the slots at the Temp Bt Panjang bus terminal or intercharge...Looks like cannot fix more than 20 buses...
To SBST275 No boarding/ alighting allowed… area very cramped also…, apply to Bt Panjang?
That heavy vehicles park should relocate somewhere and expand the land to built bus depot for Kranji better

Totally agree. Transportation links at Yew Tee area should improve big time
