Lay-up and refurbishment of SBST's Volvo B10M Mk IV Strider

As you all know, HGDEP is already refurbishing and repainting their striders already. These buses below can be found to have new refurbished yellow seats.
Since they are deregistering next month, why not create a thread for them first?
Note : The yellow seats in these striders are NEW and not the ones commonly found in the SBS2593T~ Series.

1904 1905 2622 are totally unrefurb i.e. blue seats.
another thing for all to note that those that alr have yellow seats and grey a/c ducts are to be considered as fake refurb. they may not get lifespan extensios.

I afraid not as this is concerning about different buses...
We have to follow the format...
Cause if merged, the title wouldn't be able to fit.

Do add buses with newly refurbished red a/c ducts into another list. Some striders from BN and BB depots have their a/c ducts compartment refurbished.
The placement of the a/c vents also have shifted to be above the next seat in front instead directly above.
Buses form BN include SBS1963R,SBS1966H, SBS2627E
From BB SBS2596K.
There will be more buses like these to undergo this. Will update in time to come.

I think not all Striders might fit into this list, especially those from BNDEP. BNDEP is unique, cause they did recently give some of their Striders only a repainted livery, when they are of former restickered livery. Seats are still of the former blue ones IIRC.

Anyways, SBS1975G no longer had red leather seats. It is now changed to yellow seats as yellow seats are easier to maintain on a strider, I suppose.

1907D is extended? Woah. My guess is that it probably will replace some of the outgoing Striders from this batch that plied the longer-dist routes, probably 100 or 107 given it was stuck on a relatively-short route (ex-82, 163, 62?) for quite some time. It's mileage will be lower.

Do note too that SBS1915E (ex-BN 3) is already awaiting de-reg in BNDEP.

1907D expected to be extended due to recent refurbishment and exterior repainting. And I would think that 107 (or maybe other HGDEP services with full fleet MK4s) might be higher chance.
For 100, I feel that SBST should take this opportunity to upgrade to more K230UBs to boost WAB status. Given the number of spare K230UBs in HGDEP.

Replacements for these are likely to be non-WABs though..except for probably 158 which already has Citaros.
Point to note, 1908B just had its Moove Skyliner boards removed as of the past weekend. Hmm.

Not that I want to blow your hopes, but given past trends, if HG hadn't extended these buses yet despite extending others, it's likely they are the worst of the bunch..
