What happened at Punggol Rd?

  I have seen buses of svc 82 and svc 88 with pax on board speeding along Compassvale Rd (Compassvale Pri sector). Suspect sth happened at Punggol Rd. Anyone enlighten me pls?

  2 cars crashed at junction at st anne church. both cars are badly damaged. large vehicles cannot pass. only a small gap for cars to pass
