Oldest interchange, not oldest terminal...

There are plans to redevelop the entire Kallang area. For a start the roads in this area are getting a capacity upgrade. Contract has been awarded and work has... erm started though its not very obvious yet.

Is it far to walk From Buona Vista MRT to Ghim Moh and Buona Vista Term?
Yes it is far to walk. About 800 - 1000 mts for both. Anyway, BVT doesn't allow boarding / alighting, so people have to take the bus from Commonwealth avenue.
An interchange at BNV would make sense, according to me.

Agree, like the ones on MRT Stations..

If Ghim Moh term shift, people living at the estate have to walk further to BVT MRT..

About 5-10 mins from Ghim Moh- BV MRT
If the terminal is to shift, 92 terminal maybe back to Science Park. 100 and 111 maybe relocated to either BV Term,Clementi or at Star Vista area?
Ghim Moh>Most probably starts from BNV.92 loop at Science Park while a new service loop at Mt Sinai.100 terminate at BNV.
Sims Place dun affect so much,The roads also not jam prone but got a strong feeling 11 would start from there as well as 175.SBST might fully utilise this terminal.175 might be BBDEP/HGDEP.
L1G,Wonder where all the SMRT svc will start/end?Worse to worse the Kallang Stadium terminal?Dun tell me they start at Sims Place too nia.
Saint Michaels good for another 3-4 years.
Tuas will have another 1-2 services once Tuas is fully develop and MRT is built.
Joo Koon,Good for JIS to start there.Pax from MRT can transfer to their workplace that doesnt serve well by MRT thus relieve Boon Lay crowds. Now you know why they built only 2 lots for each service.
Seriously CCK need another terminal.
Kranji MRT need proper terminal.
Bukit Merah need a new Interchange.
Marina Centre need to relocate to a more proper and safe terminal.
Queen St,SBST should introduced a new service connect to the east to supplement MRT.

Dunno why, why Singapore no make underground bus interchanges/terminals? Woodlands and CGA are good examples they have made, why not continue? The interchange can connect with the basement of the shopping mall, if that's what the PTO wants.
Underground interchanges allows more spaces for bus. If only Serangoon Interchange was built that way, then 81, 82 would be saved from rezoning. I strongly recommend Marina Centre Terminal to be built underground. That way LTA no need get paralysed finding open spaces in the CBD to build a terminal, and will also stop the case where buses park at the Singapore Flyer there. I have seen cases where the road was clogged up and buses get severely late just to wait for the BCs who drive the buses in front to start THEIR trip.
@SMB128B Underground got many cons than pros.Pax feel hotter cause of the ventilation,Prone to dust and other factors.Lightning also dim.Best thing is to built a multi storey bus Interchange
Any upgrade to WDL bus station? As it is underground, there is a build-up of exhaust fumes on the platform level. Should install PSD and air-con so that commuters can breath clean air.

82 should merge with 107 and rename 102.
