I missed SBS on the old 175 route.
Think SBS used Albion Vikings before switching to O405s.

These pictures certainly bring back a lot of old memories of those old SBS buses and old bus interchanges.

This service 175 was re-introduced as a FAC service during the route rationalisation that took place in early 1993, if I am not wrong OAC Merc 0405s were used. At that time all the SC OF1413s and Albion Vikings had been phased out already.
There was another service 206 that plied between Boon Lay to LCK via Jln Bahar which was withdrawn. Service 172 which used to terminate at LCK was amended to Boon Lay instead via Jln Bahar. Hence this FAC service 175 came in to serve the missing links along LCK Road.
175 was then downgraded to PAC service in June 1998, and handed over to Tibs in Dec 1999. Most likely this pic was taken during this period.

Hmm... Those days when Clementi feeders were deployed with SC Merc OF1413s under JRBP.

I remember 1 of these buses was sold to Johnson Transport Pte Ltd in the early 1990s, rego was CB4127X. It served as a school bus between my primary school (Henry Park) and West Coast areas back then.

Think so. These Scanias that rolled into SBS in 1989-1990 replaced mainly the Leyland Victorys in TPDEP as well as Albion Vikings in BNDEP.

This is a Nissan U21S. All SBS' Nissan U31SCNs were air-conditioned.
