27 bunching is very common. At Tampines Ave 7 towards Hougang, you will see 3-4 27s coming at interval of 2-min, and then for the next 12-15 min, there will be no 27. Then again 3-4 27 will come together within an interval of 3 min.
But somehow most of the buses are at least of seated capacity if not packed, and that is to do with the heavy loading on 27.
Bunching on 34,36 not very common.

27 has damn frequent downroutes in the afternoon... Every 10 mins will have one...

22 - rarely bunches, but when I have seen, a B9TL/Vo3x follows a SD and that is very iritating, coz the SD is packed to brim, and DD behind has just 20-30 pax.
24 - bunches frequently. you will see two 24s together. I think this is to distribute the load considering that 24 has DD worthy loading
70 - bunches frequently. You will not have a bus for 15 mins, and then there will be two B9TLs
43 - haven't observed bunching yet
76 - does not bunch, but there are times when the 2nd bus comes in 2-3 mins of the first one. In this case, the 2nd one is completely empty
58 - haven't observed bunching
136 - haven't seen it bunch
53 - bunches frequently. I think reason is similar to 24s
147 - bunches frequently. The reason is the long route from Clementi, so by the time it comes to Serangoon, bunching is very common
153 - haven't seen bunching
133 - bunching is not common, but in the morning at Bugis you can see 2 buses together or in an interval of 2 mins towards Shenton Way
135 - bunching is not common
45 - bunching is rare
Got one time very sad and disappointing for 43. At sengkang 24hr kopitiam towards punggol, One KUB in front with seating capacity, and another Wright behind with no one, and I mean, LITERALLY NO ONE AT ALL.

That's what I hate. A DD following SD. This I have seen on routes 22, 28, 165 frequently. The SD ahead is packed to the door, the DD behind has only 20-30 pax.
