same old story.
36 people board 113 or 113A with 7-12min frequency. if behind bus is near, it picks 12 pax.
still need fleet add?

every bus is like that one during peak hrs...
113 is a low demand sv... face it...

Off peak situation same as 76, worst still no pax or maybe 1-3 pax on dds/sds

and if off peak bus svs is packed ar... I think we are dead alrdy... we've ppl moving all the time...

Every bus fullhouse during peakhours ah?? Sorry i noe 113's demand not a high as 170,160 but still, if it's a low demand svc, why do i see pax or myself with oter pax struggling to board the bus? Ppl are whining esp old ppl taking this svc, no seats, cant board, long freq etc.
u want to know last time ppl downstream had to wait for which nth bus in order to board at downstream before NEL commenced ops???

Nel alr opened. Plus, last time almost every sbst svc got dds includ svc321
last time got how many bus svs around?
not every bus sv can get you 1st bus boarding chance during the peak hrs... 170, 179, 238, 291 are some good examples...
Even if I tend to believe BSEP would only make 113 to add 1 more bus to stay away from the 85% loading... tat's all..

I would say 76 only got demand from amk towards yck during offpeak and 58, idk cause i see most of the time empty :D
AMK - YCK, Marine Parade - Paya Lebar..
no reason for Paya Lebar corridor to be crowded during working hrs except lunchtime...
76 main loading is AMK Station to YCK Road. Loading on Paya Laber - Marine Parade depends on whether there is a bus right ahead. IF there is a 43 or 135 ahead, the loading on the bus behind is poor.
And by now we all are aware that 43, 70 and 76 have so much route in parallel that in off-peak hour, you can expect to find only 10-15 pax in the bus if another bus is ahead.
In peak hours, the story is different coz 70 loading is very high from Serangoon to YCK irrespective of a 43 in front of it, and 76 loading picks up at Marine Parade or AMK Ave 3 irrespective of other buses ahead of it.
136 dd wasted.. always empty.
should be on 162 on both directions duriing peak hours.
oh please...
dds for 265 and 268 please

You sure? Have you took 136 DDs before, from Punggol to Kovan station in the morning?

136 has 2 DDs only in morning peak - this explains that otherwise the route does not have high loading. So we can't say DDs are a waste, since these are DDs from svc 22 that are used for 136.

If you say 162 has high loading, then almost every route in Singapore has high loading during peak hours. If the loading is heavy, SBST will introduce at least crossover DDs like it has done for 136 and increased capacity of 163.

as I said before, 136 doesn't have full day DD - only morning peak before crossover to 22. 161 with the new service improvements and DD added, should be fine. 113 load is only for 4-5 buses during peak. May be crossover DDs from Hougang Interchange could help.
8, 21, 88 need full DD fleet - that should be the priority.

Even 74 has a frequency of 10 minutes more or less, on average across the day.
Your 113 copes well with SD.
You want to see 265 which also operates full SD? And 268?

Like i've said svc113 doesn't need DDs. KUBs can cope lor. My friend lives in Hougang area taked 113 KUBs everyday. Always few ppl onboard only.
I'm sure that 62, 136 and 161 demand beats your 113.
BTW, your friend from Serangoon Sec ah? The 7.00AM DD is more crowded..
I used to take 136 LO3X in the morning. Now replace by Wrights, and i lazy to woke up early. I rather take MAN A22s on 965 and KUBs on 136.

Agree,113 cope with KUB,the pax not even 80 I see before during PM peak. It is just that people too fat or don't want move to the rear only.
See 62 PM peak and 136 AM peak
Last time a trident and wright come for 62 all full pax
136,i tell you,nothing to say
